FWiW there are some newsgroups [some in form of web based forums
also, if a newsreader is not convenient] that are hosted by IBM for
customers. Sponsored on the news.software.ibm.com server, HATS has been
a topic on the following newsgroups; its web based forum shadow is noted
where known, following the group.
