DCM is the best place to manage your certificates. There is a function
to check for expired certificated XX days in the future.

But quick and dirty is to use your favorite browser and go to
HTTPS://ServerToCheck:Port#

Most browsers allow you to view the certificate pass out by the
application

Subject: SSL certificate expiration parameter ?

Does anyone how to determine when an ISeries SSL certificate will
expire?
We have a potential urgent condition we are trying to resolve.
