Another oft-overlooked file editor is iNavigator built-in content editor.
Just double-click the table you want to edit. It's almost as easy as
Notepad.

But WRKDBF has its strength in being a native app. accessible from every

including old real green screen (or was it grey *S*), so even if you don't

FROG or other nice utils on your PC, you are able to dig with WRKDBF (and of
course SQL).

Power users with no knowledge to SQL could use WRKDBF to fix some recs if
necessary,
and a typo in SQL update could do more harm than a single change rec in
WRKDBF.

So coexistence of SQL, FROG and WRKBDF is a very nice opportunity.
