Not sure on progress [other than comparison to ANZOBJCVN prior to the upgrade], but [esp. if coming from v5r4] be sure to omit the *FILE type from the request; i.e. use *ALLPGM or whatever specific types, versus *ALL, for the Object Type parameter. Unless /corrected/, using that command for *FILE opens, and thus _uses_ every database file member on the system -- very costly.
