There is no CLROBJLCK command. You can write one. There are APIs you could
use to get the jobs that are locking objects in the library (or library
itself). After you get this list you'd have to END those JOBs with
OPTION(*IMMED).
Not that I advise it! Do you really have the authority to kill users' jobs
at will? If you do, why not just go to restricted state (ENDSBS *ALL
*IMMED)?
I would think other, less intrusive methods, would serve you better (i.e.
save while active, then restore to a different library).

I am needing to copy some very active libraries in a 24/7 environment. I
need these libs to not have any object locks.
I realize there is wrkobjlck but there does not seem to be a clrobjlck.
