Update for Technical Support Web Site Project (Project 8070):
At this time, the 'conference call group' has been filled. Thanks to all
who have volunteered their support.

We are planning a phase 2 project in late spring or early summer to engage
in a more detailed web experience. If you would like to be added to my
waiting list for phase 2, please send me a private email. Your email should
include your name, title, company you work for, email address and phone
number. I will add your information to my waiting list, and notify you when
we start the project. This project is international in scope; open to all
countries.

Thanks for your support.

IBM is still soliciting people interested in this:

Hello (...), I was provided your name as a candidate to participate in the
IBM technical support web site interview. The IBM teams are working on
defining a new customer web interface for our support users on the web. We
are in preliminary phase and are looking to have some informal discussions
to ensure we are working to "you the customer's" business needs. I am
attempting to schedule informal interviews to acquire direct customer
feedback.

I appreciate your volunteering as a candidate to participate in our one
on one interview of IBM's technical support user experience. This is an
opportunity for both our companies to provide what the other needs in the
technical support space. We want to hear from you and get your feedback
with some design work for the web experience. I would like to schedule an
interview call with you for early next week. I will send you an invite
via email as soon as I hear that you would be willing to participate. We
will take you through a series of user interfaces and discuss them with
you. The interview will last approx 90 to 120 mins depending on
discussion and I will be scheduling the interviews in (...) time zone. We
recognize your valued time and appreciate your feedback.

We want to get your insights, understand your business needs for the
design work we are considering. We are selecting a handful of customers
for this initial interlock, your name was provided as someone that would
be a valuable key contributor. Please provide me with your individual
options of times that work for you (would like several options ) next week
and I will work with our IBM team to schedule the interview. We
appreciate the opportunity to hear from you, to better understand your
technical support needs. Please feel free to contact me if you have any
questions, thank you (...)

Thank you
