Hi list:

This is a silly question but comes from somebody who is a novice. I have
to update a field (HDEPT) in a file (TRDATA) with the with the value of a
field (also HDEPT) that resides in another file (EMPMAS). My key field is
the employee number (EMPNO)

How will the SQL statement will look like?

TIA (a lot!)
