Many on this list are not aware of or have never heard of an "SE".
This was/is one of IBM's larger blunders.

I recall a weekly or monthly call/visit from my SE when
I was a customer.

(2) What are you doing ?
(3) What would you like to do ?
(4) Can we help ?
