Jorge,

The COMMON board have nothing to do with the IBM Technical conference. Jon
and Susan are still a regular feature at the COMMON Annual conferences, and
are major contributors to the COMMON volunteer organization. More here:
http://www.common.org

You can also attend the RPG&DB2 Summit conferences brought to you by System
i Developer (http://systemideveloper.com) where Jon and Susan are key
speakers.

IBM runs the IBM Technical Conference(s) - for IBM i, AIX and Linux. This is
a for profit exercise run by IBM. You should check this page out:
http://www-304.ibm.com/jct03001c/services/learning/ites.wss/us/en?pageType=p
age&contentID=a0000716 and then contact IBM to register your POV.

Trevor

My two cents here ...

I have attended many classes with Jon Paris and Susan Gartnet in the past
and I believe that their educational labor is always needed in our
community

I recommend that we communicate our points of view to the COMMON directing
board
