how do I use TURNOVER to delete a program and dspf, both object and
source, from production and dev?

Just use a "D" code on the line level of the Turnover form to delete
(instead of A for add or R for replace).

None of your other procedures for using forms should be any different. We
routinely mix adding/replacing/deleting items on the same form........
