The tool would have a lot of fun dealing with the difference between a
piece of excrement DDS defined file and a robust DDL defined file.
For example, on a DDS defined file it could determine the record length
and pump all X's into a dummy file and then CPYF that into your DDS
defined file as one row and see how you handle invalid numerics etc.
On a "robust" DDL defined file they couldn't do that because the system
wouldn't allow it. Also, how the tool would have to be quite robust to
populate the RI constraints, handle the check constraints, etc.
