I'm not positive how our Prestart job entries should be set for this.

There isn't really a web server to end, the orders are done through MQ and
the jobs come in with on ODBC connection to do some lookups under the
covers. (I didn't design it.)

On your web server, if you momentarily end the Service for the web
server, it will end all the QZDASOINIT jobs that are linked to the web.
