Nick -

Didn't try SPLFILE(*YES) until you suggested it - but it didn't help . . .

Thanks,

Steve

Subject
Can't get rid of job

I have a user job that was submitted last October.

When I look at Job Status Attributes (WRKJOB option 1), it's status is
JOBQ.
When I look at the JOBQ indicated on Display Job Definition Attributes
(WRKJOB option 2), there is nothing in the JOBQ.

We have IPLed the box since the job was submitted and the job is still
there.
I did an ENDJOB *CNTRLD and the job is still there.
I did an ENDJOB *IMMED and the job is still there.
I did an ENDJOBABN and got a message indicating that I should wait 10
minutes after the ENDJOB *IMMED and try again. I waited an hour and tried

again - got the same 'wait 10 minutes' message and the job is still there.

Any ideas? Would RCLSTG do anything for jobs in JOBQs?

Thanks,

Steve
