'course QSH CMD('rm -rf /tmp/*') should work just as well.

The reason I'm asking is that there appear to be files in that directory that could be special ... s.slapd, a bunch of Q* files, etc. I'm leary of removing them without being sure.

'course if /tmp is used the way it's intended on i5/os, then clearing it on a re-ipl should *not* be a problem. I'm just trying to make sure.
