I was a bit surprised to see CASCADE not supported ON UPDATE. For example
if I create two tables. The first table has a primary key constraint and
the secondary has a different primary key constraint. The second table
also has a referential constraint on some data field back to the primary
key on the first table. I cannot set up that referential constraint to
cascade the change of the primary key on table 1 down to the data field on
table 2. All I can do is say how I am going to tell them that they can't
change the key on the first table because it has secondary references.

Define all your data with constraints. Next time he tries to change a
field it will beat him like a rug.
