Add a general hate/contempt for new technology, and you got the
perfect mess. Now this hardly technical anymore, so i'll stop here.

I could also suggest never having the user use the HMC. Instead, have
them use a remote shared console session to the HMC from their desktop.
The difficulty of that concept to your users is better left up to you.
