The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
HelpSystems Console does a great job of this. If you combine it with Alert
you can auto answer one message, page the operator for a second message and
page a programmer for a third message...

Not a good idea. What if you're going to cancel a payroll update job? How
about ending up with one-sided G/L journal entries?
Better to get a tool that wakes up the system operator to make an
intelligent decision.

Is it any solution for program which will monitor "in the fly" every
programs (called by useres) and if it will be on the status "message
waiting" for too long time - automatically send answer C-Cancel?
