There was a discussion over on the WDSC list on this very topic. In brief:
The product is now called Rational Developer for System i (RDi.)
It's apparently seat-priced.
PDM and SEU are now also apparently priced by the seat.

Check the archives for the whole thread. It's not entirely clear what the impact is just yet (actual pricing is unknown.)
