Oh, and keep an eye on WRKDSKSTS. Monitoring both %used and %busy.
STRASPBAL *CAPACITY may help with %used.
However, a real boost can often be achieved by doing a
TRCASPBAL, letting that run for a spell, followed by
STRASPBAL *USAGE.
