The entries in WRKPRB are usually not as complete as one would like.
You can get more information by accessing the service action log.

STRSST / 1 / 7 / 6, and then rewind the starting date a bit. You'll
see all SRC codes and dig into them.

Fan errors usually aren't. The fan connection in the 520/515 models
are very finicky. This is usually not a problem for rack mount models,
but tower models usually are in a rougher environment. As such, you
can just open the side panel and see if all three fans are up and
running (there are also fans in the PSU, but they're not monitored).

Often, all three fans are running but i5/OS still reports a fan failed
SRC. In this case, power down the machine, remove the fan board,
unplug all fans, replug them, and then reseat the fan board.

Attention: Removing the fan board requires you to pull out the tape
unit tray. Replugging the fan board requires careful attention, the
fan board needs to be correctly aligned to the notches at the area
where the tape unit tray is. Usually, this fixes the problem.

If you really *do* have a failed fan, you can ignore this when you're
going to trash the 520 anyway. The fans are redundant, one failed fan
is not a dealbreaking issue.

LIC errors can happen for all number of problems, so i can't help you there.

For power SRCs, most of them happen because somebody unplugged the
machine or your UPS is broken.
