Traditionally checking the source change date/time (on the compiled object
itself) was a pretty good indicator. I would also look at anything that
could be changed by CHGPGM or CHGOBJOWN (maybe even GRTOBJAUT). There are
a couple of APIs to help you out. One for OPM programs and one for ILE
programs. Perhaps another one for service programs. And, depending on
your personal preference, one to either list the objects or one to work
with an object list. Then the traditional user space APIs if you decide
on using the object APIs. Sounds busy, but once you've done this 3 or 4
times it becomes old hat.

If this still gags you then you may wish to purchase a utility, or
contract someone to write it for you.
