I am working on a new project in a MAPICS shop. I have some questions regarding transaction processing using the TRDATA file for `IP`, `RM` and other record types. The manuals are unclear for what we need to accomplish. We are attempting to process manufacturing records in stages rather than all at once to determine the completion stage of a particular manufactured unit and where it is within the plant.
