Hi Folks,

Sometimes it's the smallest things that are the biggest trouble.

I'm not sure what I'm missing.

We had a paper jam. It has since been cleared and the machine is working.
I can print from one System i with no problem.
When I try to print from another System i, I get the following message:

Message ID . . . . . . : CPA404D
Message type . . . . . : Inquiry
Message . . . . : A paper jam has occurred on device TORXZX65 (C R).

I have ended and started the writer with no change.

Tks,

Glenn
