I didn't receive that email, so I'm not sure what courses it was promoting.
But keep in mind a lot of them were written a while ago, and while they may
mention AS/400 or iSeries instead of i5, they do still apply. :)

I deal with hundreds of customers a week. It's amazing how when I say "i5"
(I've been forcing myself to do that now.. lol!) how many of them say "huh?"
I say AS/400 and they say "oh... that's right... they changed the name
again.. it will always be AS/400 to me."

I agree that we should be watching what we call "our machine", but to some
of us it will always be AS/400, or even iSeries. But you're right that we
need to watch what we call it, especially when dealing with newbies in the
field.

Now, as Drowning Pool would put it, "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor"... :)
This should be an intesting thread to pass the new year's eve day.
