I thought of another thing. The problem might be you are trying to call
Extol programs. Now, in our BPCS environment when I try to call their
programs from WRKJOBSCDE or other non traditional ways (other than from
interactive menu options) I will get into trouble. Traditional submission
from menu options sets up security options, default output queues, etc,
under the covers. However, BPCS documents quite well how to do this on
their web site so that you can successfully pull this off. If this is the
problem you are trying to solve then I would check with Extol to see how
to pull this off.
