Your FTP Client need to know about the Banks CA they use for their FTP
server. Have them send you the certificate and import in to your
iSeries Certificate Store, then make it trusted for your FTP Client.

A client needs to setup FTP to a bank. Other FTP jobs going to external
vendors have no issues.
The FTP errors with 'SSL is Mandatory'. FTP is configured with Allow
secure sockets layer = *YES.
What are we missing?
