Has anyone successfuly set up a reverse proxy with the pbA server on th i5?

It seems they're missing a few of the directives needed to make it work
"fully", mainly rewriting requests in the pages for images, javascript, css,
etc.

For example, if you specify "/stylesheets/main.css" without the URL then
reverse proxying doesn't work.

My setup:

Internet ---> Firewall/Router ---->i5----->Windows Apache server

When requests for www.abc.com come in to my i5, I Want to redirect requests
to the Windows apache server using a reverse proxy. I've gotten it to work
very simply, but links, images, stylesheets, etc don't work.

HEre's a link to a great page on it but it's non-i5. :)
