Might the date format be coming from the jobs DATFMT?

Maybe doing a SET OPTION DATFMT = *EUR is needed before the CREATE
TABLE?

If I run a DSPFFD, I see that a date zone has the format *ISO
in the SQL tables. In the original PF, it is *EUR.
