This is likely a network problem. Check the PCs event log. If you're
using wired network at work, and wireless at home, it could be the
switch port or the NIC in the PC. If it is using wired both at home
and at work, it is most likely the switch port.

Either way, the eventlog will tell you if the NIC loses sync. The log
on the switch, if any, could also help you.
