You can put triggers on the file and output to a summary file perhaps by
date.

Gang,
I need a way to tell the volume of activity (Inserts, Updates, Deletes),
over time, on all files in certain libraries? Short of going against
the journals, is there another way to capture and group the "hit rate"
for files grouped by HIGHEST, MEDIUM and LOW or at least a way to show
file "Hit rate" and I'll group.
