Not a chart I would recommend. Seems seriously lacking, and not entirely helpful for lack of EBCDIC code points being noted [only a control character name and some glyphs].

I would recommend the following, drilling down from the first to the second, then third and fifth [the fourth is my default for i5/OS CCSIDs and glyphs, and the last for ASCII & EBCDIC control characters]:
