RE: 2 subfiles with 1 subfile control record.

I don't know the reasoning why, but the compiler throws out an error if you
try to use a load forward type subfile.

Bear in mind that to use this technique your need to use a page-at-a-time
subfile, i.e. SFLPAG = SFLSIZ.
