If I were you all, I'd also look at QMF for Windows and WebSphere (now call Dataquant) from IBM. It not only does the things Web Query can do but is not centric to just the i5. You can talk to all the popular RDBMs in the market, build queries three ways, dashboards, most all the many features are standard, not vendor add-ons and the entire package, I'll wager, is cheaper than the Information Builders, light (WebQuery) and its add-ons.

Oh, there is also a converter to convert Query/400 and/or DB2 Query Manager queries and forms for input to QMF/Dataquant.
