Change the "by" value (second input capable field) to 18 and EDTF/DSPF will then page as you like...

Second advantage - eye focus. All the rest of the products I use page a
full screen. A half screen page throws my eyes way off and confuses me. I
hate that DSPF and EDTF page a half screen.
