According to the help section of *estimate, it is based on "prior" RCLSTG, so if you ain't
run one, you are going to get a w.a.g..

I would note that the 525 I'm currently working on seems to be blazing fast on "most"
system type jobs. This is a smoking little box. Even save & restore functions seem to
be much faster. We have benchmarked a few jobs that are running 700% faster.
