Doesn't look like FRCA is running at all right now, the timestamp
changes every time I refresh in IE or FF.

However, I did notice that you're not compressing your responses. Does
the System i server support compression? It makes a lot of sense to
compress, especially with that hit count if you've got the CPU to do it.
And if FRCA cached the compressed response it would be terrific.
Uncompressed your response is currently 14,867 bytes, gzip'd it's 1,723.
That's nearly a 90% improvement in bandwidth usage. Also, are you sure
you want to be doing connection keep-alive?
