Ok, This works:
CALL QCMDEXC (
'DSPOBJD OBJ(*CURLIB/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*PGM *SRVPGM) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)
OUTFILE(*CURLIB/DSPOBJDOUT)',107);

1234567891123456789212345678931234567894123456789512345678961234567897123456789
8123456789912345678901234567

So apparently it assumes up to the end of the line.
Tried to use a minus sign as a continuation character. No luck.

Also, if you just oversize the command it doesn't like that. Something
about invalid character. Like, this will not work
CALL QCMDEXC (
'DSPOBJD OBJ(*CURLIB/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*PGM *SRVPGM) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)
OUTFILE(*CURLIB/DSPOBJDOUT)',108);

This also works:
CALL QCMDEXC (
'DSPOBJD OBJ(*CURLIB/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*PGM *SRVPGM) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)
OUTFILE(*CURLI
B/DSPOBJDOUT)',92);
