Select by Software Tier and change one of the "boring" columns (e.g., Licenses or MCU) to Both (LPAR and Shared Processor). You will see a column showing LPAR/Shared Proc for each model. This will tell you which models can be LPARed and which can't. It doesn't include CISC systems but then you already know they couldn't be LAPRed.

I don't have a definite answer for the partition ID of zero vs. non- zero question. I *think* that any system with a Primary Partition (including those that cannot be LPARed) will have a partition ID of zero (for the primary). For what it's worth, there is a comment in the MATMATR instruction about Partition ID always being 00 when firmware level is 10--but no decent description of the firmware levels.
