As far as i know, support for V5R2 has been retired 03/2007.

I don't know exactly what that all entails, but it could explain your
troubles.

I have a client running V5R2 and we are prepping to go to V5R4. We
need to put the latest CUME on along with the WAS60 Group for V5R2 as
part of getting them off WAS50. The client and I have both gone to Fix
Central and worked our way through ordering SF99520 and SF99300, but
neither of us has received either the order conformation email or the
FTP instructions.

Anyone else having this problem?

On a side note... When ordering V5R4 PTFs I get the option 'Not' to
connect to the system and I get the option to use Download Director. I
do get those ordering V5R2 PTFs...Any idea why on this too?
