You'll probably find that it's easier to pull data from System i to Oracle
than it is to push from System i to Oracle. This really illustrates System
i openness and implementation of standards, such as they are.

PULL method
ODBC/JDBC/DRDA, any language

PUSH method
JDBC with type 4 driver/Websphere Integrator product/DB2 Multiconnect/RJS
RPG2SQL Integrator product

There are of course many other methods (ftp,tcp/ip sockets...).

Subject: How can I move data directly from DB2/400 table to ORACLE...

using SQL and programming language (prefer non-RPG language)?

Thanks in advance,
