I downloaded the latest version (2.0.3) and it still does not work against
one of our problem files. It does work against a version of the file that I
saved to a save file and then restored.

The file in question is a physical file. It was created using DDS. It was
created in 1995. It has been through a couple of hardware and OS upgrades.
The file is not keyed. The file is journaled.
