Actually, that's wrong.

V3R6 was a parallel release to V3R1, and V3R7 was a parallel release to V3R2 (in much the same way Touchtone's own QuestView 8.3 through 8.6 were parallel RISC releases to QuestView CISC releases 7.3 through 7.6), so neither killed off anything. V4R1 was the first RISC release NOT to have a parallel CISC release, and therefore IT was the release that killed off all CISC boxes.
