That works well for printers defined as *LAN.
My SHOWIP does this for *LAN printers and telnet devices.
http://home.columbus.rr.com/jbmmdietz/showip.html

For IP outq's you need to use the QSPROUTQ API with format OUTQ0100.
This is how my WRKRMTWTR works.
