Last Friday morning (8/17) I downloaded SF99539, SF99347 and
SF99186 and applied them over the weekend. No such problem
with any invalid prereq or PEAPAR, so either it was worked
out before then or appeared afterwards.

We make a copy of our nightly backup tape to send offsite,
and just casual monitoring of the process showed no
noticeable difference in the backup job, but something
markedly different in the copy (DUPTAP) process. It still
takes about the same wall-clock (elapsed) time-- around 2
hours-- but its CPU utilization cut almost by half-- from 15
or 16 seconds to 8 or 9. Been consistently that way all
week now and I even opened a PMR to see if I could get
information from IBM and got basically a "ho hum".

Anybody else notice this?

The PTFs ordered where: SF99186, SF99291, SF99316,
SF99347 and SF99539 (which are the group PTF
identifiers).
