There is something called an exchange rate for currency. Add to that the
local price - which includes shipping to get to a different country. Add to
that the local tarrifs and taxes. Add to that the local cost of wages and
cost of doing business. Voila - a US list price is no longer valid!

Your narrow p-perspective is showing through in your global (haha)
perspective. It seems you are actively looking and searching for crap to
fling at IBM. This activity is usually found in monkeys in zoos.
