Thanks for your reply.

It wasn't my decision to do those tests (PartnerWorld), and in hindsight
they don't match my job description at all.

I agree with you that anyone that works with the System i on a technical
level probably knows what a #0595 or a #4327 is, but I faintly remember
several questions that deviated from what you described. An elaborate
description of a big disk setup and then feature codes for appropriate
RAID controllers will just lead me to guess wildly.

Part of the problem might also be that my job is in the Small Business
segment. We sold about 30-50 520 in 2006, zero 550, 570, 595. A 520 with
a single #0595 is a very, very big system (at least in my perspective).

I appreciate your insights - looks like this mistake was on my end.
