No, but you could put different workstations in different subsystems
using workstation name entries (and making sure to have workstation
name entries with AT(*ENTER) in any subsystems which would pick up the
workstations by type).

I do this so that our wireless devices with small screens get a tiny
signon screen which fits in the upper left corner of a 24x80 screen.
