You might want to put the above on bulletin board

Double check what we are allowed to be drinking
where are working, such as chewing on ice cubes
Drink lots of non-alcoholic drinks, that do not have
high sugar content
stay indoors where air conditioning ... if home not
working good, then seek out shopping places that do
have air conditioning

do what you can to shade yourself while driving
