I know that several of us have experienced this error when using the iSeries
Access 5250 emulator.
I noticed this morning that IBM have updated their note on it to include
details of how to reduce it's occurrence.

The latest iSeries Access for Windows (v5r4) Service Pack (SI27741) also
mentions it as an APAR (SE28646).
Finally - something I can offer the users apart from switch it off and on
again!
