RE: Data Migration from a V5R1 model 600 to a V5R4 520

The configuration objects and the user objects and files in QGPL and
QUSRSYS are the parts that I am concerned about.

I already did a RTVSYSINF command to the QUPGRADE library and that
library will be saved and then restored without any problems. Then
UPDSYSINF will get the system values, network attributes, etc. set
properly on the 520.

Restoring the user libraries (data or programs) would be a problem
either since we are restoring to a later release.
